The 10% deposit is non-refundable, however it can be transferred to another booking made within a 12 month period, if your stay is cancelled more than 3 weeks prior to your arrival.

We'll send you a reminder email 28 days prior to your stay, with the option of paying the balance by internet banking, or by credit/debit card (VISA/Mastercard). Note that a 2.5% credit or debit card (VISA/Mastercard) transaction fee will apply.
