Children above the age of 16 are charged full rate.
A deposit of 30% of the total is required to secure your reservation. The balance is due 21 days prior to your arrival.

The property is not to be used for any parties or gatherings. Any complaints from neighbours or council noise control officers will be immediately investigated by the property manager. If guests are found to be in breach of this policy, the property manager reserves the right to immediately evict the guests without refund. Eviction will be at the sole discretion of the property manager. This policy will be strictly enforced. Any costs in relation to council action will be charged to the guest.

InnList operates a meth checking program for any illegal activities. Any suspicion of such activity will be passed to the Police and any costs relating to activity of this sort will be charged to the guest.

The renter is responsible to the owner for all breakages, damage and destruction to any property, direct and indirect costs, fines incurred, charges from third parties arising, and damage caused to the Holiday House (including any contents) during the term.

3 nights between 03 Jul 2020 and 18 Jul 2020
3 nights between 25 Sep 2020 and 10 Oct 2020
3 nights between 23 Oct 2020 and 26 Oct 2020
5 nights between 18 Dec 2020 and 09 Jan 2021
3 nights between 10 Jan 2021 and 30 Jan 2021
3 nights between 05 Feb 2021 and 07 Feb 2021
3 nights between 28 May 2021 and 30 May 2021
Tariff excludes the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 15%
